MellowHub Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dalian Tesjia Lighting Trading Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use MellowHub, our Android social application available on Google Play. The document covers what we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you. By registering for an account or continuing to use MellowHub after the effective date shown above, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with our practices, stop using the App and delete your account using the options described under Eligibility and Access Mode.

Controller

Dalian Tesjia Lighting Trading Co., Ltd. acts as the data controller for personal information processed through MellowHub. As controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing described in this document.

Business address: No.1, 7th Floor, Unit 4, No.71 Hongye Street, Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province

Privacy inquiries: bobnademullayak@gmail.com

Our processing activities include operating account services, enabling social discovery and communication features, administering subscriptions, maintaining platform security, and meeting legal obligations. When we engage vendors to process data on our behalf, those parties function as processors bound by contractual instructions and may not repurpose your information for independent commercial use.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

We have designated Privacy Officer to oversee data protection compliance for MellowHub. Privacy Officer serves as our contact for data protection matters and receives inquiries relating to the processing of personal data, applicable privacy rights, and the application of this Privacy Policy. Users may contact the DPO regarding data protection and privacy matters at bobnademullayak@gmail.com. The DPO coordinates review of privacy requests, liaises with operational teams, and helps ensure that processing remains consistent with applicable legal requirements in regions where the App is offered.

Supplementary Reviewer Transparency

The disclosures below are structured to align MellowHub practices with platform data safety declarations and review expectations.

Data safety mapping:

Account identifiers and device information are collected because they are necessary to operate an authenticated social platform on Android. Photos and videos are processed only when you actively upload an avatar, send an image in chat, or use video-related features; such collection is optional and tied to permission grants you control.

No separate third-party SDK inventory was provided for this release beyond the infrastructure categories listed in the Sharing Matrix. If integrated components change in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those changes take effect.

Children

MellowHub is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age and older. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 18.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 18 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered or submitted data through MellowHub, contact bobnademullayak@gmail.com promptly so we can investigate.

During registration, you may be asked to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We do not perform in-app age verification beyond initial user confirmation. We rely on users to provide truthful age information. Providing false age information violates our User Terms and may result in account termination.

Platform Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to MellowHub as distributed through Google Play for Android devices only. Permission behavior, storage access, subscription handling, and system integration described here reflect Android conventions, including runtime permission dialogs and scoped storage rules.

This document does not cover iOS distribution, the Apple App Store, IDFA, or Apple-specific APIs. Should MellowHub become available on additional platforms, we may publish a supplemental notice where required by law.

Feature availability may differ by device model, Android version, carrier, and geographic region. Google Play platform terms and policies also govern subscription purchases made through the Android distribution channel.

Changes and Contact

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, App functionality, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make material updates, we will provide notice through the App, revise the effective date at the top of this document, or use another reasonable method before the updated policy takes effect. Continued use of MellowHub after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.

For questions about this Privacy Policy, our data practices, or your privacy choices, contact bobnademullayak@gmail.com or write to the controller address in the Controller section. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Where privacy laws require a stated legal basis or lawful basis for processing, we rely on the grounds summarized below. The applicable basis depends on the type of information, the processing activity, and your relationship with us.

Performance of a contract. When you create an account, subscribe to paid features, browse feeds, match with other users, send messages, or join video conversations, we process account identifiers, profile details, communications content, and subscription records as necessary to deliver the services you request under our User Terms. Without this processing, core social functionality cannot operate.

Legitimate interests. We process device metrics, security signals, diagnostic logs, and limited usage events to maintain platform stability, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and improve performance. Before relying on legitimate interests, we balance our operational needs against your privacy expectations and rights. Where applicable law permits, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Consent. When Android permissions or optional features require your affirmative choice—such as granting camera access for video chat, microphone access for voice messages, or selecting photos from your device—we process related data based on consent expressed through the Android permission dialog or in-app controls. You may withdraw consent by revoking permissions in Android settings or declining optional features, though affected functions may become unavailable.

Legal obligation. We may retain or disclose information when required to comply with valid legal process, regulatory inquiries, tax obligations, or lawful requests from authorities with appropriate jurisdiction.

The following table maps primary processing purposes to their corresponding legal bases:

| Processing purpose | Legal basis |

|---|---|

| Account creation, authentication, and profile management | Performance of a contract; consent where optional fields are provided |

| Feed browsing, matching, chat, and video interaction | Performance of a contract |

| Media uploads (avatars, images, voice, video) | Performance of a contract; consent via permission grants |

| Subscription entitlement verification and billing support | Performance of a contract; legal obligation where financial records apply |

| Analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics | Legitimate interests; consent where required by local law |

| Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and enforcement | Legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable |

| Engagement of cloud hosting and technical processors | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests |

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Account and profile data are kept while your account remains active. When you delete your account, we begin deleting or anonymizing associated personal information, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

Messages and user-generated content remain available to support chat history and social features while your account is active. Content you delete may persist in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

Subscription and transaction records may be retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, satisfy tax and accounting obligations, and respond to regulatory inquiries.

Diagnostic and security logs are generally kept for a shorter operational window sufficient for troubleshooting and incident investigation, unless extended retention is necessary for security or legal reasons.

When retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify information using commercially reasonable methods. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained longer for analytics and product improvement.

Data Inventory

We obtain personal information from four primary sources: data you provide directly, data generated through your use of the App, data from your device, and subscription-related data from Google Play.

Information You Provide

When you interact with MellowHub, you may supply:

Information Collected Automatically

During your use of the App, we may automatically collect:

Information from Third Parties

We do not collect precise location data as a core feature based on current App permissions. We do not request contacts, SMS, or call log permissions.

Sharing Matrix

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. Information is shared only as described below and with recipient categories that help us operate MellowHub.

Structured third-party sharing disclosures:

We may also disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service providers may process shared data only to perform services on our behalf and must implement appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Eligibility and Access Mode

MellowHub is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

During onboarding, you may be asked to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We do not operate in-app age verification beyond initial user confirmation. You must provide accurate age information; misrepresenting your age violates our User Terms and may result in account suspension or deletion.

If you are under 18, do not create an account or use MellowHub.

Account Registration and Access

MellowHub supports account-based access. You may register and log in using credentials you create. We collect information necessary to establish and maintain your account, including an email address, account identifier, authentication credentials, and profile details you choose to provide. Account data is used to authenticate sessions, restore your profile, enable chat history, support matching features, and administer subscriptions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly at bobnademullayak@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Deletion

Registered users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through account management options in the App's personal center. Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account to initiate in-app deletion. Deletion requests may also be submitted by emailing bobnademullayak@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. After verification, we will process deletion in accordance with our retention rules and applicable law. Deleting your account may remove access to chat history, matches, subscriptions, and profile content, subject to lawful retention exceptions described in the Retention section.

Additional Operational Details

MellowHub is a social interaction application for Android. The App enables users to browse content feeds, view user profiles, discover matches, exchange text messages, send images and voice recordings, and participate in real-time video conversations. Account holders may manage profile information, update avatars, adjust settings, and access legal documents including this Privacy Policy and User Terms from the personal center.

The App is organized around four primary areas: a home feed for content browsing and user discovery; a matching area for profile recommendations and connections; a chat area for text, image, and voice messaging; and a personal center for profile management, settings, and legal document access.

Subscriptions

MellowHub offers Subscriptions (details vary by in-app product listing). Subscription status, purchase history, and entitlement records may be processed to verify access to paid features, handle billing inquiries, and comply with applicable financial and consumer protection requirements. Payment processing is handled through Google Play's subscription mechanisms on Android. We receive transaction and entitlement information necessary to activate and maintain your subscription but do not receive full payment card numbers through the App.

User-Generated Content and Communications

When you send messages, upload images, record voice notes, or participate in video chat, we process the content you create to deliver it to intended recipients, display it within the App, maintain conversation history as designed, and enforce community standards. Other users may see content you share according to feature design and your profile visibility settings.

Certain informational pages—including this Privacy Policy, User Terms, and account deletion instructions—may be displayed through an in-app WebView. These pages are used solely to present legal and compliance content. The WebView is not used for advertising tracking or unrelated behavioral monitoring.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. These measures include access controls limited to personnel with a legitimate business need, encryption in transit for network communications where supported, monitoring for suspicious activity, and procedures for reviewing vendor security practices.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we work to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information and triggers notification obligations under applicable law, we will take steps to notify affected users and regulators as required.

You also play a role in protecting your account. Choose a strong password, do not share login credentials, and log out on shared devices. Report suspected unauthorized access to bobnademullayak@gmail.com promptly so we can investigate.

Permissions

MellowHub requests Android permissions only when you actively initiate a feature that requires them. Permissions are not used for unrelated purposes, and sensitive capabilities are not used in the background as described below.

Camera

Uses: Capturing a new profile avatar when you choose to take a photo, and transmitting live video during video chat sessions you initiate or accept.

Trigger: The camera permission prompt appears when you tap to photograph an avatar or enter a video chat flow—not at App launch.

Background status: Camera access is not in the background. We do not silently record video, monitor your environment, or activate the camera outside active avatar capture or video chat sessions.

Withdrawal: You may revoke camera permission in Android system settings. Without camera access, video chat and camera-based avatar capture will not function, but other features such as text chat and feed browsing remain available where permissions are not required.

Microphone

Uses: Recording voice messages in chat and capturing audio during video chat conversations.

Trigger: The microphone permission prompt appears when you start voice message recording or join a video chat—not during passive browsing.

Background status: Microphone access is not in the background. We do not continuously listen, ambient-record, or process audio when you are not actively using voice or video features.

Withdrawal: Revoke microphone permission in Android settings. Voice messages and video chat audio will be unavailable without this permission.

Photos and Media

Uses: Selecting images from your device gallery to set a profile avatar or send image messages in chat.

Trigger: Access is requested when you tap options such as "choose from gallery," "send image," or "change avatar."

Background status: Photos and media access is not in the background. We read only the specific items you manually select through the system picker or scoped storage interface. We do not scan your entire media library or upload unselected files.

Withdrawal: Revoke photos and media permission in Android settings. Image-based features will be limited, but text chat and browsing may continue.

External Storage

Uses: Supporting read access to user-selected media on Android devices where scoped storage or legacy storage APIs require storage permission for saving or retrieving files you explicitly choose in connection with avatar updates, image sharing, or related media workflows.

Trigger: Storage-related access is tied to user-initiated media selection or saving actions, not to background file enumeration.

Background status: External storage access is not in the background for unrelated file scanning or silent uploads.

Withdrawal: Revoke storage permission in Android settings. Media features depending on local file access may be restricted accordingly.

Transfers

MellowHub is offered in Global markets. Your personal information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

When we transfer personal information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the App, you acknowledge that cross-border transfers may occur to enable hosting, content delivery, analytics, customer support, and security operations described in this Privacy Policy.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and have questions about transfer safeguards, contact bobnademullayak@gmail.com.
